Peter Magyar

Pete is responsible for measuring and improving the organization's overall performance. He is focused on leading and facilitating cross-functional teams to analyze, improve, and optimize our business processes and reporting. Pete’s here to help foster and drive a culture of performance excellence, customer focus, and continuous improvement.

Pete comes to ECI from Lionbridge, a fellow HIG Portfolio Company, where he was most recently looking after Strategy. While at Lionbridge, he had extensive firsthand success redesigning corporate business processes, driving post-merger integration projects, digitally transforming the business, and implementing enterprise data reporting solutions. He has over 20 years of international business experience over a diverse set of roles and functions. Pete will work out of our NYC office.

Outside of work, Pete lives in NJ with his wife, Ingrid, and cat, Norman. He enjoys travel, time with family, producing music, landscaping, comp sci, and New York Mets baseball.
