Dave Kristof is responsible for ECI’s Global Service Desk, Project Management, and Customer Care organizations in addition to portfolio & pricing financial programs across ECI’s global markets. Dave has significant experience in Lean Six-Sigma operational best practices, workforce management, collective bargaining, and growth enablement strategies.
In his previous role as Chief Growth Officer of Avaya, Dave ran global Services and Services-Sales team of 12,000 associates, and P&L for a $2.1 billion Services/Ops P&L in an 18-year career that had him based in four different countries. Today Dave is a resident of Dallas, Texas - ECI’s newest and fastest-growing U.S. market.
