Why did you choose to work at Eze Castle Integration?

One of the main factors that attracted me to Eze Castle Integration was the varied amount of technology that was supported for our clients. Being interested in technology myself, it was great to see that Eze Castle could further my knowledge while continuing to invest in new products and technology along the way. It was clear to me that if you pushed hard enough and had the drive to learn and do more, Eze Castle could easily fuel that ambition.

How does Eze Castle Integration enable career development?

I think one of Eze Castle’s strengths is really to match what a team member’s ultimate career goal is. This becomes a win/win for the individual and the company. As there are always new business challenges, people grow and step in to meet that challenge. People are constantly given opportunities to take on more if and when needed.

How would you describe the culture at Eze Castle Integration?

Personally I think the culture here is one of the best I’ve experienced in a professional environment. Eze Castle really has become known for its various team members and personalities that you’ll work with. It really is an added nuance to really appreciate. While working with other people, it’s really great to see everyone has the end goal in mind and that truly is to ensure our clients are happy with Eze Castle overall.

Why did you choose to work at Eze Castle Integration?

Prior to becoming employed by Eze Castle Integration, I was employed at a satellite office in Boston as the Operations Manager for a hedge fund. This hedge fund had contracted Eze Castle to build out their office and IT infrastructure. As the point of contact for Eze Castle on my then firm’s IT implementation project, I had the opportunity to see firsthand the exceptional service and experience Eze Castle held as an IT consultant and integrator for the hedge fund industry.

When my satellite office closed, I was offered an opportunity to work for Eze Castle and having already worked for them before, I jumped at the chance. It was a great opportunity to work for an IT firm that I knew was very knowledgeable in their field and working with the latest and greatest technologies. I was eager to join the ranks of the many talented members of Eze Castle that made them stand out from other IT providers. Not only was I given the opportunity to become part of the Eze Castle family, the employee benefits offered outweigh any other firm I’ve worked for.
